Please NOTE all Black Friday Orders will not ship until Dec 15-18th.
Due to the amount of orders we are expected to receive and a delay in shipping from the manufacturer due to COVID we will not be able to accommodate any earlier shipping times.

Return / Refund Policy
A. Social Swans does not offer refunds at this time. Payment must be received before any project or service can be fulfilled.
B. Although, there are no cash refunds provided on services, we do understand uncertainties arise. In special cases, we may offer a credit on your account depending on circumstances. You may submit a cancellation request for services within 7 days after services have been obtained to be considered. You may send an email to see if a credit may be extended, there are no guarantees and a written request does not guarantee a credit on any service. An approved cancellation request received within 7 days may receive a credit towards a future service, based on service availability and similar cost.
